#6 - Best places to find the rarest Pokemon

So you've no doubt worked out by now that the rustling leaves on your map shows you were Pokemon are likely to be hiding - but sometimes this isn't all that accurate, or it takes ages for them to appear. Well, here is a little tip to help you zone in on the most likely areas where lots of Pokemon will be.

Pokemon GO creator Niantic Labs previous app - Ingress - seems to hold the key. Based on similar geolocation technology, the map in Ingress shows clusters of activity (the glowing blue dots on the image below).

Now, those areas with 'high cell activity' on Ingress correspond to areas on Pokemon GO are highly-populated with Pokemon. Essentially, having Ingress running at the same time as Pokemon GO means you can flick between maps, and see where best to spend your time hunting Pokemon! You are playing the percentages, so will likely find you will start catching rare Pokemon...who knows, maybe even the elusive Mew!
